Important - GTM Users ONLY:
As discussed in the FAQs, we don’t not allow 3rd party scripts, including GTM on certain pages (ie. checkout pages) due to the amount of sensitive information/PII that we want to keep secure. While we do send pageviews and events on these pages to dealers that have provided us with a GA ID, for those who are only using GTM, we are unable to send those events because we do not have a GA ID in which we can send them into.
We recently pushed an internal update that will allow us to send these hits to you - all we need is for you to provide us the GA ID(s) you are using within your GTM container. Please work with your support team on making sure these updates are made, or reach out to analytics@roadster.com if there are any questions.
August 4, 2021:
Historically, toggling between 'New' and 'Pre-Owned' on the SRP did not fire a pageview resulting in undercounted hits to these pages. We pushed an update to fix this, now a pageview event fires each time a customer toggles between the two. You should start to see a slight increase in the number of pageviews on these pages, specifically on /srp-used.
