Disclaimer: At this point in time, we are not firing asc_comm_submission. This event should fire when a users information either from text or chat is sent to the CRM, but due to the complexity around our integration with our chat provider, we are unable to currently capture this.  We have this in our roadmap for the team to look into, so as any updates come up we will be sure to keep everyone informed here.
