Scope:

  • This report is access controlled. Agents will see every dpid for which they have an account within a particular Dealer Group.
  • Ex: “Sample Dealer Group” has 20 Rooftops live on Roadster. John Doe (Regional Manager) has access to 5 of the 20 Rooftops. When John runs this report, he will see details for the 5 rooftops he can access. Note: Access is determined by the email address – so John will need to use the same email address across all of his accounts. If an agent has access to rooftops across multiple dealer groups, the user will only see results for a single dealer group at a time.

Report Elements:

1. Total Orders Received:

  • Description: This number displays the total number of orders received for the dpids listed based on access control
  • Source: Activities (order received - img 1.1)

2. Total Delivery Requests:

  • Description: The number of deliveries requested by the customer for the rooftops in the report. The customer has to complete the Delivery task while finalizing purchase to be counted
  • Source: Activities (Requested Delivery - img 2.1)

3. Delivery Order Percentage:

  • Description: The percentage of customers who requested deliveries for the orders placed
  • Source: Calculation: (Total Delivery Orders) / (Total Orders Placed)

4. Heat Map:

  • Description: The heat map depicts the distribution based on the delivery location mapped to the zip code. The blue markers indicate rooftop locations. The red 'heat' areas are where vehicles are delivered. 

5. Delivery Orders by Date:

  • Description:
    • This graph depicts the total order volume and the distribution by customer app selection.
    • The customer can choose Pickup / Delivery in this stage.
    • If the customer has not completed the task or the order has not proceeded to that stage then the distribution will be classified as Pickup / Delivery Outstanding.

6. Average Delivery Miles: (Img 2.1) 

  • Description:
    • This number calculates the average Delivery miles / order.
    • Delivery orders where the improper zip codes and fees are entered, are not included in this calculation.

7. Average Delivery Fee Per Mile: (Img 2.1)

  • Description:
    • This Number shows the average delivery fee charged per mile of delivery.
    • Delivery orders where the improper zip codes and fees are entered, are not included in this calculation.

8. Average Delivery Fee: (Img 2.1)

  • Description:
    • This number shows the average Delivery Fee per order.
    • Delivery orders where the improper zip codes and fees are entered, are not included in this calculation.

9. Delivery Miles Distribution: 

  • Description: This bar chart shows the distribution of Delivery orders based on distance.

10. Delivery Fee Distribution:

  • Description: This chart shows the distribution of Delivery orders based on the Delivery Fee.

11. Total Delivery Requests:

  • Description: The chart (Img 3.1) shows the total number of delivery request tasks completed distributed by DPID. If a single dpid is selected then only 1 bar will show with the selected dpid (Img3.2).

12. Delivery Miles vs Avg Delivery Fees:

  • Description:
    • This bubble chart shows the distribution of delivery orders by Average Delivery fee and the Delivery miles bucket.
    • The horizontal axis represents distance. Bubbles on the right of the graph represent longer distances. Bubbles on the left indicate shorter distances.
    • The vertical axis is the delivery fee. Bubbles near the top are higher fees. Bubbles near the bottom represent lower fees.
    • The size of the bubble is determined by the number of orders. The bigger the bubble, the more the orders in that category.
    • On hover, the graph displays more information on that position.

13. Delivery Order Details:

  • Description:
    • This table contains details of all Delivery orders for the selected dpids.
    • The Export button on the top right downloads ALL the underlying data in csv.
    • Users / Agents will have to sort the data based on dpid required.
