As many of you are likely aware, CDK experienced a cyberattack last week that resulted in the complete shutdown of all our systems. Our team has been tireless working around the clock to restore full functionality. Despite this, we are pleased to report that Roadster (Digital Retail) was and continues to be unaffected by this incident. It remains fully operational and functioning normally.
However, you may notice some changes in your GA data against the Express Store. Recently, a few website providers have removed our analytics script from your main site and/or our CTAs designed to direct users to Roadster. Therefore, if you observe decreases in user counts or events on your Express store, this is likely the cause. While we completely understand the cautious approach taken during this period, our team is actively working with the applicable parties around these specific issues to restore normal operations swiftly.
Lastly, if you are a Roadster customer who also utilizes Elead as your CRM (currently offline), please reach out to roadster.analytics.com or your dedicated customer success manager to enable desking and documentation features through Digital Retail. We've incorporated much of the essential functionality from Elead into Digital Retail, allowing you to continue desking deals and compile crucial documents despite Elead's current outage, hopefully alleviating a lot of headache during this time.
